Building a test module with Test::Builder and why

I have just finished my first test module Test::Timer. This lightning talk will be a brief introduction to writing a test module using Test::Builder, which is the de facto standard for building test modules and why you should be writing test modules, everybody writes tests, but I am sure some people could even benefit from writing a test module for their domain.
