Patrick Michaud is the pumpking for the Perl 6 compiler on Parrot (Rakudo Perl). He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and is a Professor at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. He is a software developer and consultant focused on open source development and applications, including Perl, PmWiki, and Linux.
