YAPC::Europe 2011 “Modern Perl”

The Enlightened Perl Organisation enrolls the Send-a-Newbie programme. The goal of it is to grant a few attendees with a free ticket to YAPC::Europe 2011 in Riga.

Aplications

Aplicants should satisfy the following conditions:

• You have never been to any YAPC before;
• You are not able to do so by their own means;
• You are involved in some way in the Perl community.

People who would like to participate in this program should apply for that.

If you'd like to help people with free attendance, you may donate to the Send-a-Newbie program, please contact its organizers.

Enlightened Perl is a membership organization which is built around a movement within the Perl community. Its goals are complementary to the Perl Foundation. Specifically, we support certain Perl development efforts that ensure perl's future as an enterprise-grade development platform.

Send-a-Newbie programme was introduced in 2009 and brought its first winners to YAPC::Europe in Lisbon.
