the point of floating point
Floating point arithmetic is ubiquitous but highly misunderstood. This talk will look at how to get the most out of it, considering its mathematical and computational behaviour. The talk will cover both the general use of floating point (independent of programming language) and the specific features of how floating point is used in Perl.
