GTK+ is a modern widget toolkit aimed at supporting multiple platforms. Its flexibility allows its usage on both workstations and embedded devices.
Since the early 1.x days, Perl developers have been able to use GTK+ in their applications via the Perl/GTK bindings.
This talk aims to present how to use the Perl/GTK bindings to design and create GTK+ applications with a clean and object oriented approach, showing the usage of the basic widgets and the complex tree and text widgets as well. |
