Distributed version control with svk

svk is a decentralized version control system written in Perl with the
Subversion file system. svk just reached 1.00 release and is used by
real-world projects such as RT, Pugs, Catalyst, and more. The main
advantages are offline commits and smart merges.

The talk will demostrate daily development process with svk in
different scenarios to show how complicated tasks can be streamlined.
It will also discuss the design and the future of svk.
