BoFs need jumpstarting

I think the Name tags that are issued to everyone have the wrong font-size. I think it is better
to have the name of the Attendee / Speaker / Staff etc. in a larger case than the name of the
conference or of the role of the person. This way it is easier to see who they are, not just what
they are doing there. This way one might more easily interact with someone one only recognized
from online for example, since the name would be the most prominent feature of the name tag.
