As Larry once said, "perl is just syntax - CPAN is the language".
Turns out, with a little insanity, CPAN can be syntax too - Method::Signatures and Sub::Curried being the first "user-oriented" examples.
In this talk, Matt discusses the idea and approach behind Devel::Declare, and the capabilities it has to add syntax to perl now and those planned for future releases.
