TwinCity Perl Workshop 2008
Welcome to the 100th grassroot Perl Event in the history of humankind! The Twin City Perl Workshop will also be the first Perl event taking place in two national capitals: Bratislava and Vienna.
On Friday, 7th November, Vienna.pm will welcome Perl Hackers from around the world to Vienna. The event will continue on Saturday, 8th November, in Bratislava, hosted by Bratislava.pm. Each day will feature talks in the local language (German and Slovak) in the morning, followed by English talks in the afternoon. The evenings will be spent at social events in restaurants near the venues.
Call for Participation
Whether you're a beginner or a guru, or even if you're only planning on using Perl in the future, the Twin City Perl Workshop will offer some interesting talks for you. We offer the following three different tariffs:
- Students
- free!
- Regular
- 10 Euros per day
- Business
- 100 Euros for both days, including an invoice.
All accepted speakers, except lightning talk only speakers, will have their registration fee waived.
Call for Sponsorship
If you or your company wants to give something back to the Perl community, please consider sponsoring the Twin City Perl Workshop. We are looking for sponsoring in any form (books, goodies, money,...). An easy way to sponsor the event is to pay the business tariff.
