Reini is seeking for eastern talent.

The perl compiler (B::C, B::CC, B::Bytecode, Byteloader) was taken out from core with 5.9.4 since no one from p5p cared to maintain it, so I
took it over and there are still some problems left to solve. Maybe someone wants to help.
I'm sure that there're extremely talented but yet invisible hackers in the east.

I give an overview and help to those who are interested in the real guts.
