Users of perl, both beginners and at intermediate level, sometimes mumble "WTF?!" while hacking in perl.

The talk presents a few things worth knowing about perl quirks, to spare a few WTF's and some wasted time used to find the cause of those problems.

That includes, for example, a few regexp pitfalls and foreach variable localization.
