Test::Database provides a way for test authors to request a database handle matching certain criteria, so that they can use it for their tests.

CPAN Testers using Test::Database only need to configure it once to automatically provide test databases to test authors.

The goal of this presentation is to convince module authors that need a database for testing their modules to use Test::Database to request it, and CPAN Testers to provide test databases through it.
