Padre BOF

If you are interested in setting up or even to hack on Padre I'd be
glad to have a meeting where we can run through the process.

Even if you only want to see it in action, I'd be glad to show it.

Time and Duration

The BOF is not scheduled yet but it is expected to run an hour or so. It could run longer or we can decide to continue the session at a pub.

* Writing a simple plugin
* Writing a syntax highlighter
* Handing out commit bits
