The check-list for people with a bit more time

• Join the conference mailing list (send an email to conferences-subscribe@yapceurope.org)
• Follow yapceurope2009 on Twitter
• Subscribe the conference RSS feed
• Book your flight (info on TAP discounts)
• Add your flight details to AirArrivals and AirDepartures
• Book your hotel (see Accommodation Suggestions)
• Add your name to the appropriate section on WhoIsStayingWhere
• Register for the conference
• Purchase your conference ticket
• Browse the schedule and select which talks you want to attend (click the star on the left of the talk)
• See if you're interested in one of the training courses happening before or after YAPC
• See which BOFs are being proposed and add your name and support to the ones you feel like attending
• Have a look at the recent changes on the Wiki
• If you're bringing someone with you, check the Partner Program to see if it interests you
