I'm mentoring Ryan Jendoubi for the Perl Ctypes module in this years Google Summer of Code, a new FFI, derived from python's ctypes.
FFIs allow using external libraries without needing to know or program C or XS.
Short intro and status about our new beauty contest. Basically we are comparing python syntax to perl syntax. And guess who wins :)
