Last year, I've shown CiderWebmail. A year later it progressed and got company by CiderCMS.
We try to use the great toolbox that is Perl and CPAN to create end user web applications. This can help to raise the visibility of Perl in the general population. At the same time, this can ease the pain of Perl developers who have to install PHP or Python apps covering their needs, because no Perl alternatives exist.
This could be a start but it's fate depends on more developers joining in.
